We are recruiting to fill the position of:

ACCOUNTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION

Process Sales Invoices

Process Purchase invoices

Process end of day activities

Banking of receipts

Maintenance of petty cash

Maintenance of supplier’s accounts Maintain general financial records Facilities administration

Inventory management

Reconciliation of bank statement

Process payroll

Responsible for weekly income and expenses report

Responsible for monthly management accounts

Responsible for annual financial accounts

General filing and administrative duties

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

B.Sc / HND in accounting

1-2 years of working experience in related field

Must be versatile in the use of MSWord and Excel

Ability to use accounting software

Good communication and organisation skills

Performance Indicators:

Production of relevant reports when required
