We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Help Desk Officer
Job Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Respond to request for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
- Guide customers about their problems and solve them.
- Diagnose and solve problems related to computer hardware and software
- Research questions using available information resources
- Follow standard help desk procedures
- Administer help desk software
- Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
- Inform management of recurring problems
- Stay current with system information, changes and updates
Requirements
A degree/HND in Information Technology, Computer science or any related field of study
A minimum of second class lower degree/equivalent
Must be resident in Lagos
A minimum of 2 years cognate working experience.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of relevant call tracking application
- Knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment
- Attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skill
- Knowledge and experience of customer service practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
