A Pharmaceutical Firm which is involved in importation and distribution of pharmaceuticals is currently recruiting for suitable qualified candidates as follows:


MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVES


RESPONSIBILITIES

Organizing appointments and meetings with community and hospital-based healthcare staff

Maintaining Existing customers. Identifying and establishing new businesses and negotiating contracts

Presenting products to healthcare staff including doctors. nurses and pharmacists

Servicing existing customers, obtaining orders, and establishing new customers by planning and organizing daily work schedule

Must be able to drive and have a valid driver’s license.


QUALIFICATION

A Bachelor degree in Science (Biochemistry. Microbiology, Chemistry, Physiology, Anatomy, pharmacology, etc.) or Pharmacy.


PRODUCT MANAGER


RESPONSIBILITIES

Carrying out Clinical presentation wherever his attention is needed in any state.

Negotiating and obtaining tendersbids in Government Parastatals and Health Institutions etc.

Performing training for employers on product knowledge

Any other task that maybe assigned by the management.


SKILLS

Strong Clinical Skills

Excellent CommunicationlLeadership Skills

Excellent Training Skills

Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel and Power Point


Qualification

Miuimum of B. Pharm Degree with at least 3 years working experience in Pharm. Marketing.


BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER


RESPONSIBILITIES

Carrying out Clinical presentation wherever his attention is needed in any state.

ACCOUNTANTS


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and accounting report

Compile and analyse financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts and document business transactions.

Analyse revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels and ensure expenditure control. Etc


QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

2-3 years’ experience


HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER/ADMIN MANAGER


RESPONSIBILITIES

Will be maintaining records and compiling statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, absenteeism rates etc.

Will serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.

Will be responsible for decisions related to corporate branding as it relates to recruiting and retaining talented employees, handling personnel or payroll functions and actions

Will be involved with the day to day running of the Company.

Any other duties as may be assigned by the Management.


QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of LLB with 2-3 years practicing experience in Human resource management/MBA affiliated areas.
