A well established firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers with head office in Lagos requires the service of result oriented personnel to fill the vacant position below:

CLERK

QUALIFICATION

Applicants must possess a minimum of OND in any discipline.


CONFIDENTIAL SECRETARY

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must be computer literate.

Must be able to take dictation and have at least 4 years experience.

Candidates with B.Sc or HND in Secretary Studies would be preferred.

MARKETER

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS

B.Sc or HND in any of the Social Sciences with a minimum of 3 years cognate experience in Marketing.

Must be able to drive a valid drivers Licence.

Resident in Lagos and have a good flair for the Real Estate market.

PUPIL ESTATE SURVEYOR

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS

B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 2 years cognate experience.

Must be able to drive + a Valid Drivers Licence.

Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the Real Estate market.

Good Marketing and communication skills.

ESTATE SURVEYOR (VALUATION DEPARTMENT)

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS

B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience.

Must be very Good in Valuation.

Must be able to drive and have a Valid Drivers Licence.

Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the Real Estate market.

Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

ANIVS is an added advantage.
