Job Title: Generator Mechanical Engineer
Job Description
Detection of panel fault and repair with the ability to use computer diagnosis equipment.
Industrial power generation wiring.
Applicant must be familiar with Test Instruments and and must be able to read diagrams to find and rectify faults.
Working in accordance with relevant codes and standards.
Determination of malfunction in electrical system by visual inspection of equipment.
Installation of equipment such as panel boards, synchronizing panel, lighting, alternators, starter motors and installation of electrically operated accessories.
Overhauing of 200KVA electrical generator
Working on various brands of generators
Applicant must be conversant with basic mechanical and electrical diagnosis of heavy duty diesel engine.
Applicant must be vast in resolution of faults in diesel engines.
Applicant must be able to impact knowledge on subordinates.
