Leveraging your experience in selling services, software licensing, and your focus will be to achieve sales and revenue by developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with customers, software publishers, and partners. You will leverage our Platinum and Gold partners and other authorizations to differentiate us in the marketplace.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively to a high volume of people throughout the workday.
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service at all times.
• Generate new and repeat sales by providing product knowledge and technical information to customers in a timely manner.
• Determine customer requirements and expectations and recommend specific products and solutions to meet/exceed their needs.
• Increase sales and average order size by cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sales items.
• Respond to customer calls in a timely manner; purchase agreed upon products and deliver products and services according to agree upon timeframes
• Drive services and software growth
• Consult with customers regarding their IT solutions needs
• Market and leverage our vendor/distribution channel partnerships to ensure best value, pricing and support for customers
• Build customer loyalty
• Keep updated on product and industry knowledge
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
• Proficiency in MS Office tools – Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint
• High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship build college degree or equivalent preferred.
Minimum Degree: Bachelors
Experience: 1-3 years
