A furniture and trading company with head office in Ilupeju, Lagos and a branch in Abuja seeks talented and


motivated individuals.



SENIOR INTERIOR ARCHITECT



 



The individual will be responsible for developing designs to the satisfaction of customers and will also supervise projects from start to finish. Some business development work such as making presentations will be involved.



Job requirements:


  • Must have experience working on large, complex projects.

  • Must have experience supervising architects and other people.

  • Proficiency JO Revit and other Architectural software.

  • Proficiency in Adobe applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience of which two should be with a firm of consutting architects,

  • Be available to travel.


INTERIOR ARCHITECT

INTERNAL ACCOUNTS AND SYSTEMS AUDITOR



 



Professionals interested in this line of work should have slrong financial or operational audit skills.



Job requirements:


  • Possession of ICAN/ACCA qualification.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an auditor consulting firm.

  • Audil experience in trading and manufacturing Companies is an added advantage.

  • Willing to travel when required.

  • Strong problem solving skills.


BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER



 



The focus of this individual is to develop distribution channels for our products and also manage the business relationship.



Job requirements:


  • Proven track record developing distribution channels.

  • A graduate with drive for sales.

  • Well spoken English and Presentable appearance.

  • Outgoing personality.

  • Ownership of a personal car is an added advantage.


SALES AND MARKETING OFFICERS



 



These persons will be in charge of managing exisling customers and seeking new customers. Their job is performance driven and requires highly motivated individuals who can excel in a high active environment.



Job requirements:


  • Graduate with drive for sales.

  • Well spoken English and excellent presentation.

  • Can do attitude.

  • With three to five 3-5 years’ work experience preferably in a field related to interior design or interior finishing.


SALES REPRESENTATIVE



 



This person will drive the sale of woodworking machines and hand held tools .



Job requirements:


  • A graduate with flair for sales.

  • Well spoken English and Presentable appearance.

  • Comfortable with technical information

  • Experience selling tools and machines.

  • Ownership of a personal car is an added advantage.


OFFICE MANAGER



 



Person will manage the office operations. engage in business development activities. Support the marketing team and ensure targets are met accordingly.



Job requirements:


  • Business development and Customer relationship management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and Presentable appearance.

  • Interest or experience in interior design and furniture manufacturing.

  • Five to eight 5- 8 years’ relevant experience.


HUMAN RESOURCES PROFESSIONAL



 



This role requires an individual with all round Human Resources Managementexperience but with special emphasis on training,
performance and talent management. The person will also be an experienced coordinator .



Job requirements:


  • Two to Five 2-5 years’ relevant experience in designing and supelVising training and development programmes.

  • Experience in a consulting firm is an added advantage.


 



The person will be responsible for managing the Company’s website, e-commerce business as well as develop and implement social and digital media activities.



Job requirements:


  • Expertise in social and digital media andwebsite design.

  • Active on social media and can show wealth of experience.

  • Should have occupied a similar position in the last 18 months.

FACTORY SUPERVISORS



 



Experience supervising people to achieve quality work, as well as strong knowledge of processing of wood composites orreal wood is required for this position.



Job requirements:


  • Five to seven 5-7 years’ experience of managing a factory.

  • Can generate cutlist,

  • Experience in installation.

  • Superior eye for quality and detail.


FACTORY WORKERS



 



These personnel would support the Factory Supervisor .



Job requirements:


  • Experience with various aspects of furniture manufacturing, operating machines, panel processing etc.

  • Experience in furniture installation.

  • Strong eye for detail.

  • Minimum School certificate as educational requirement.


Method of Application



Salary, commission where applicable, lunch, thirteenth (13th) month, paid annual leave, medical and pensions.

Shortlisted candidates (with the exception of Senior Architect) will undertake aptitude and attitude tests in addition to oral interview. Also, they will be judged based on several factors which will include appearance, manners, spoken English and analytical ability.
