Assistant IELTS Administrator



 



Post is pay band 6/Indefinite Term /Open to internal and external applicants/Post is in Lagos/Applicants must have the right to work and live in Nigeria.



The Exams business in Nigeria has grown significantly in recent years. We doubled our volumes between 2011 and 2013. In 2014/15 we delivered 90,000 examinations, this financial year the target is 100,000 exams, and by 2016 we expect to double on 2013 figures to 120,000 exams.

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to ensure the highest compliance with regulations in the delivery of IELTS in Nigeria.  Post holder will be for the operational management of IELTS tests in Lagos and Port Harcourt. The post holder will manage 1) the expansion the IELTS business in Southern Nigeria and 2) manage  the IELTS team and venue staff based in Lagos 3) monitor and improve the security of delivery of the tests 4) manage the delivery of IELTS preparation courses in Lagos and associate centres, and 5) monitor and improve the customer experience of the test process


Applicants must have experience


– Monitoring service to quality standards and implementing improvements.
– Dealing with customers and enquiries in a service environment





IELTS Administrator

Applicants must have


– Two years’ experience at middle management level of line managing a geographically dispersed team. 
– Two years’ experience of leading a customer service-orientated team to meet challenging targets.  
– Two years’ experience of monitoring service to quality standards; devising and implementing improvements to these.  
– Experience of regular event management for audiences of over 200 people.





Professional/Educational Examinations and Aptis Operations Manager

To provide a great branded customer experience for our clients and to maintain them at the highest professional standards as set out in the British Council’s QCA (Quality and Compliance Standards), project outcomes, examinations boards and partner requirements. Applicants must have

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to support Examination Services in Nigeria in developing markets for examinations and related programme activity and to lead a small team to achieve challenging sales targets – to double income and volumes by 2017. This post will motivate collagues and casual staff to meet challenging targets, by modelling appropriate behaviour: leading by example in practical sales skills to achieve success. – Two years’ successful experience in sales.
– Ability to work under pressure and to specific deadlines.
– Developing networks of contacts and stakeholders.
– Experience monitoring and reporting on sales and business development KPIs.
