Requirement
Supervise all activities of the Food and Beverage dept.
Increase sales of the Bar & Restaurant.
Training & Retraining of F&B staff
Set up quality control system for F&B
Stock management and requisition for the F&B Dept.
Set Menu Preparation
All other duties as maybe assigned.
