BUSINESS CONTROL LEAD

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a business controls lead for our CWA and EA Global Business Partner (GBP) operations. In this role you will be working closely together with and for the GBP Executives in these two regions, supporting them in all Business Controls aspects within the Systems- and SW channel. You are required to ensure a satisfactory business controls posture is maintained for these regions, while working together with all relevant business, sales, and operational stakeholders. The most important aspect of this role is to be risk-aware and “controls savvy”, to be able to identify, manage, and mitigate risk in these high risk areas. Your location can be throughout Africa, but preferred location would be Lagos or Nairobi.

REQUIRED

Bachelor’s Degree

At least 5 years experience in GBP process experience and knowledge; Excellent understanding of Risk-management processes and good understanding of “nature of controls” and MEA business environment

English: Fluent

Preferred

At least 7 years experience in GBP process experience and knowledge; Excellent understanding of Risk-management processes and good understanding of “nature of controls” and MEA business environment
Additional information

• Able to be a trusted business advisor with regards to BC issues

• Analytical skills and “audit savvy”

• Knowledge and experience in MS Office
