LOCATION – LAGOS
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
Maintenance of Backup and Restoration as per policy and procedures to ensure high Availability for all the DATA.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Configuring and Troubleshooting Routers, L3 & L2 Switches, Firewall, Load Balancers, NMS, Cisco Network Assistance.
Monitoring Netflow Traffic across the locations in OPCO. Managing & Maintaining,
Troubleshooting Windows server Active Directory Services(ADS), Group policy, Domain Name System(DNS), Dynamic Host configuration Protocol (DHCP), WDS ,ISA Server, FTP, IIS, Backup. New Service Launch coordination(Customer)with respect to Contact Center.
Server Administration & Optimizing for all servers and adhering to the process (DC, ADC, FTP PROXY BACKUP & PORTAL Servers)
Optimizing Security Redundancy & Server hardening Adhering the Policy and Procedures
Updating Desktop Enhancement & Monitoring Asset Management.
Monitoring and Maintenance of Escalation process intact and adhering the same for various process & levels Responsible for maintaining 99.95% Technology Uptime and 0% Security breach with upto date Policy implementation in production.
Optimum Utilization of Technology.
Responsible for the Migration of Process to OPCO Locations as per the time schedule with out affecting the customer service or features.
Minimum qualification
1-4 Years’ Experience in Contact center Technology.
Hands-on Experience on Systems & Networking Technologies and IT infrastructure management
Process and product Certifications like ITIL, CISCO/Microsoft etc will be added advantage.
Education : B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/ B.Sc/Diploma with additional professional qualifications, specialisation certification in the area of contact Center technologies. professional qualifications, specialisation certification in the area of contact Center technologies.
