Job Title:  Civil Engineer

Job Description
Participate at an early stage in the consideration of company’s plan for extension or renovation of facilities, advising on civil engineering aspects.
Advise on selection of civil work and represents the company in their briefing. Participates in the choice of civil contractors and advice on civil tenders put forward.
Carry out design work, draw up bill of quantities and obtain tenders from contractors for small projects.
Supervise the execution of civil works. Monitor, advice and control on-going civil projects.
Prepare and update civil engineering drawings of all the Breweries.
Provide civil engineering information for HTS projects and ensure that they are incorporated into schemes.
Provide up-to-date information on statutory requirements for civil projects.
Supervise company building and civil structure and arrange preventive maintenance of such buildings.
Manage small to medium projects with civil content and provide support for civil contents of big projects including ,managing civil sub-projects within bigger projects


Qualification Required
BA, BSc, HND, MBA, MSc, MA, Secondary School SSCE, OND

CIVIL ENGINEER


JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently considering applications from bright, talented Nigerians with the right attributes/profile to pursue successful and interesting long term careers in Nigerian Breweries. We invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates in our Engineering Department.


REPORTS TO SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities among others, include:

– Participate at an early stage in the consideration of company’s plan for extension or renovation of facilities, advising on civil engineering aspects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidates should not be older than thirty five (35) years and should possess the following:

*6-8 years Core Civil Engineering experience from a multinational construction company

*Membership of Nigerian Society of Engineers & the Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) are MANDATORY (minimum of ASSOCIATE)

*Five (5) credit grades in WASC/GCE/SSCE/ including Maths, English and 3 other relevant subjects
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineer with minimum of Second Class Upper Division.

OR

*Bachelor degree with Second Class Lower Division plus Master degree in Civil Engineer.

*NYSC Discharge Certificate

*IT Literacy – MS Office application (Power user of Excel); AutoCAD; MS Project; other design & construction packages.

* Geographical mobility within and outside Nigeria.

*Personal initiative and drive to win

Nigerian Breweries Plc, the pioneer and leading brewing company in Nigeria, required the services of a Conveyor Maintenance Service Provider.


The Organization will be responsible for providing a team of maintenance professionals for carrying out planned preventive and unplanned maintenance activities conveyors, its components and controls within our brewery locations. Each brewery location will have a local team dedicated to it.


We are recruiting to fill the position of:


CONVEYOR MAINTENANCE SERVICE PROVIDER


RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MAINTENANCE TEAM

Conduct maintenance and repair of slat band and roller conveyor systems in the Packaging hail

Ensure all maintenance and repairs are carried out to a high standard, ensuring integrity and robustness of the conveyors to meet operational requirements?

Conduct cleaning, inspection, lubrication and tightening (CILT) activities on conveyor chains and bed during maintenance,

Make appropriate recommendations to improve safety, productivity and efficiency.

Participate in modifications and machine improvements when necessary.

Observe all NB standards and procedures including safety while conducting their activities.


Attributes of the Service Provider

Have acquired a minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar or related field in organizations within Africa and the Middle-east region.

Must be a professionally run organization with a poof of proven technicians (minimum educationalqualification required is NABTEC or City and Guilds certificate) with 5 years working experience.

Demonstrate ability to perform conveyor maintenance, modification and troubleshooting in accordance with NB maintenance standards, under minimal supervision and adherence to strict deadlines.

Sound knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA procedures and documentation).

Working knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety procedures.

SALES EXECUTIVE


JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Assist with the development,

implementation and monitoring of a marketing strategy for Maxima Media Group products/services (this includes the articulation of cross selling opportunities).

Cultivating and generating sales for all the Maxima Media Group products and services.

Execute marketing research activities and computation analysis of data gathered

Liaise with units to develop promotional activities for new and existing products/services

Coordinate product performance assessment initiatives and recommend solutions for product improvement

Develop and maintain relationships with all strategic business units of Maxima Media Group.

Maintain client database and ensure periodic follow-up correspondence with clients as required

Ensure maintenance of client invoice schedule and timely follow-up

Develop presentations and proposals to prospective clients with the view to cross sell Maxima Media Group products and services

Support the overall marketing objectives of Maxima Media Group both externally and internally.

Ensure that periodic activity status and performance reports for Maxima Media Group are prepared for the attention of the Head of Marketing and other relevant parties.

Support On-line Marketing activities for the all products/services of Maxima Media Group.


QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of a B.Sc/HND in Marketing from a reputable institution or related courses.

2-3 years of working experience as a Sales Executive in an advertising, Media and Branding Company with proven track records.
